After the show Sting was received a BPI award ("Best British LP" for ...Nothing Like The Sun) from actor Dennis Hopper. On February 8, 1988 the award ceremony was held at London's Royal Albert Hall and broadcast on Britsh TV.
There was an after show party in a restaurant in Greenwich Village. Suzanne Vega and Dennis Hopper were among the guests.
