Tony joined Curved Air on 1975-09-13 after former bass player Phil Kohn was sacked between the Midnight Wire recording sessions. His first concert would be a week later on 1975-09-20 at the Pier Pavilion in Hastings, England, UK.

Stewart Copeland used Tony's former Fender bass to record Klark Kent songs; the bass is still put to good use in Stewart's Sacred Grove studio today.
