Trivia
Sting's soundcheck roughly lasted from 4:30PM to 6:00PM.
Branford Marsalis didn't perform today - he took some time off in London where his wife had a baby. There were about 6500 people in the audience. Sting and his band performed for almost 2 1/2 hours - from 8:15PM to 10:35PM.
Sting's stage outfit was a white shirt (like Live Aid) with a sleeveless black shirt (like Fortress Around Your Heart video) underneath, white trousers and white shoes.
His backstage outfit was a black shirt with a chequered design (thin white stripes), grey trousers and brown shoes, with a a grey coat for outside.
