source: Outlandos Fan Club newsletter from September 1979 mentions 1979-09-26 as the very day they left for a U.S. tour. Apparently they also had a press conference at A&M offices in New York on the same day. Even with the time difference they needed to fly there rather early in the day, which suggests that they were in town today getting ready for tomorrow's flight
