Recording information
Today's PA arrived late, so there was no soundcheck at all. At an Indian dinner after the show (hosted by the record company) Miles Copeland told entertaining stories about his dad’s role in starting the CIA.
Trivia
This show was sold out - there were 900 people in the audience. A ticket with the wrong 1979-06-08 date mentions support act "Doll By Doll" (who were also mentioned as support for another gig, but probably didn't support The Police at all).
