Introduction
This was not really a tour as all the concerts happened in the same place - a circus tent on a place between Barerstraße / Gabelsberger Straße / Türkenstraße (which doesn't exist anymore today). The concerts were part of the Munich Theatre Festival.
Andy Summers knew the songs they played from his recording with Eberhard Schoener prior joining The Police. Sting and Stewart Copeland learned the atmospheric stuff in the few rehearsals between 1977-10-25 and 1977-10-28 (which took place at ARRI-filmstudios). They also played two Police songs each night, being accompanied by Hansi Ströer. The laser show itself was a bit of a disappointment, because of the difficulties of projecting the laser onto a parachute under the circus top. Eberhard's synthesizers were the only part that was not played live. The rest of the band and the children's choir from Tölz performed live.

Timeline
On 1977-10-22 Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland drove from Paris to Munich in a hired car (Eberhard was paying). Sting had to bring Andy's car back to the UK.
On 1977-10-24 Sting flew to Munich as Andy and Stewart persuaded Eberhard Schoener he could use him, too.
Rehearsals began on 1977-10-25 at 11am and took place at ARRI-filmstudios at the Türkenstraße in Munich. They also rehearsed on 1977-10-26. 1977-10-27 and on the day of their first concert on 1977-10-28.
After the series of concerts the band recorded on 1977-11-08 at Munich's Electrola-Studio - recording at 7pm.
On 1977-11-10 The Police returned to London.
