Date: 1980-12-13
Location: Miami, FL, USA - Criteria Studios
Attendees: Sting, Nigel Gray, Rick Allison

Previous information by the late Nigel Gray was that Sting arrived in Miami today and met Nigel Gray, assistant engineer Rick Allison and a translator to re-record the vocals for De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da at Miami's Criteria Studios in Spanish & Japanese for the South American market.

Nigel Gray happened to be present at Criteria Studios, where he had just finished producing Wishbone Ash.

Recent information suggests that the band spent more time in Miami and that work at Criteria Studios already started around 1980-12-10.

Songs to come out of this session were De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da (Spanish version) and De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da (Japanese version) (with the 1980-12-14 date on the master tape).

The yet unreleased De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da (Spanish & Japanese version) was a combination of both versions, mastered by Nigel Gray on 1980-12-16.
