Introduction

Stewart Copeland already promoted the planned 2020 premiere during a Weimar visit on 2019-12-09. He finished his score for this opera on 2020-03-26. The opera's premiere was supposed to take place on 2020-09-06, but was postponed for a year due to the Corona pandemic.
Performance history
The opera premiered on 2021-09-05 at the Deutsches Nationaltheater in Weimar, Germany. Stewart couldn't attend as he was committed to perform concerts in the USA and couldn't risk a possible Corona quarantine.
