A rehearsal room photo on sting.com posted on 2014-02-01 mentions "final days of rehearsal" - which means that there were at least several rehearsal dates before that date...
Sting was already in New York since mid-January, so rehearsals may have started in late January right up to the first concert in Houston on 2014-02-08.
