Between 1967-08-12 - 1968-04-19, Andy Summers took part in the 1967-1968 Dantalian's Chariot performances.

Introduction

Dantalian's Chariot consisted of three members of Zoot Money's Big Roll Band with the addition of the new bass player Pat Donaldson.

They only existed for about 10 months and only ever released one single Madman Running Through The Fields, as their debut album wasn't properly released by their record company.

The band had a spectacular light show as images from two oil-projectors, slides and strobe lights were projected onto the musicians white clothes.

With little success outside of London the band eventually split when individual members were offered to play in more successfull bands.
