Anne Nightingale was the host of The Old Grey Whistle Test - interviewing Sting and presenting The Police on 1978-10-02.

Anne Nightingale and a British TV crew filmed The Police during their 1980 tour in the far and not so far East which resulted in the BBC documentary Police In The East (and later in the official video Around The World).

She also wrote a book called Chase The Fade which includes a chapter about this period with The Police.
