Date: | 1980-08-17 |
Location: | Strawberry Studios South, Dorking, UK |
Attendees: | The Police, Eric Stewart |
In the middle of their French tour The Police flew back to the UK to re-mix their LP Zenyatta Mondatta. While doing this Stewart Copeland ate a curry meal. He was already sick when they flew back to France. So drum roadie Jeff Seitz had to replace him at next day's concert in Biarritz.
The reason for Zenyatta Mondatta's remix were different EQ setting between European and UK machines and trusting the flattering montitors inside Wisseloord Studios.
