Trivia

During today's soundcheck and concert Sting played the white Spector NS-2 bass for the first time. Music instruments dealer Dan Martin from St. Charles, MO had brought the instrument to the venue and showed it to Danny Quatrochi, who considered it cool enough to show to his boss.

After the concert Sting took the bass with him into his limousine and demanded that someone "Write a check" to Dan Martin. The Spector NS-2 #669 was built on May 10, 1983 and was the last bass in a batch of 14 basses completed that day. It's displayed at The Rock And Roll Hall of Fame & Museum in Cleveland, OH, USA.

As for the setlist - Tea In The Sahara found its place after Wrapped Around Your Finger, Roxanne and Can't Stand Losing You switched places. Murder By Numbers was added.

The Police stayed at Stouffer's Riverfront Towers.
