The Police are part of Eberhard Schoener's band and today they lip-synch to his songs Trans-AM and Rhine-Bow for the TV show ROCKPOP 78 several times. Today there's an audience in the TV studio and the cameras are pointed at the audience ONLY for crowd shots. Other musicians that were filmed today included The Stranglers, Gilbert O'Sullivan, The Scorpions and Chi Coltrane.
After lunch in a beer garden the whole procedure is repeated.
Stewart packs his drums and has a goodbye drink with Eberhard Schoener in the hotel bar. He later goes to see "Play It Again, Sam" in a Munich cinema.
