Sting sees Vinx perform at "At My Place" club in Santa Monica, CA, USA. Sting had just been to the movies and was on his way back to his car. When it started to rain Sting went into the club and ordered a beer, waiting for the rain to stop. As it happened Vinx performed there and Sting was impressed.
