There's a ticket for the concert at the Capital Centre for Saturday, August 20. It seems that the Philadelphia concert was arranged at a later point, so The Police played at the Capital Centre on 1983-08-21 and today.
These concerts are also listed as Largo, MD or Washington, DC... The venue was actually in Largo, Landover, Maryland - which is a suburb of Washington, DC. Yet Largo is only a small part of the town Landover.
