Sting is interviewed in Paris while recording demos | |
---|---|
Date: | 1981-05-07 |
Location: | Paris, France - Pathé-Marconi Studios |
Attendees: | Sting |
Sting is in Paris to record demos for The Police's forthcoming LP. He started work on 1981-05-04 and returned to London on 1981-05-20.
Today Marc Didden interviews Sting for HUMO magazine (September 10, 1981). The text mentions that it's the first warm day of the year and that Sting has been recording for four days.
Weather charts for May 1981 show that today's temperature was 24°C, way higher than the previous days... Recording for four days (including today) would mean that Sting started on a Monday, which also makes sense.
