Sting watched a show with Alexei Sayle at the Albany Empire in London, England, UK. They went to the Joe Allen restaurant with David Stafford.
In his book Thatcher Stole My Trousers Alexei Sayle remembers, that Poland declared martial law the day before the show, which would suggest that the show took place on 1981-12-14. But as The Police performed that day both events probably took place on the same day - i.e. today.
