Trivia

Unnatural Axe's bass player Joe Harvard saw The Police's soundcheck at The Rat and decided that he didn't want to share a stage "with a band that hot". He arrived late and caught The Police's set, though, and decided there and then that he wanted to be in that sort of pop-rock band, or at least to learn to play that well.

He had a conversation with Andy Summers at the Record Garage- he'd taken his Telecaster Custom in for repairs - that began Joe's conversion to Telecaster devotee.

Backstage at the Rat Sting let one rip and asked Richie Parsons (vocals / rhythm guitar) "did you poop?". Richie's reply: "Fuck you. You farted!"
