Sting and Paul Simon rehearse with their respective bands at SIR Studios in New York, NY, USA.
Musician Bruce “Sunpie” Barnes mentions that rehearsals at SIR Studios took place when the Superbowl 2014 was taking place "right outside the door" (i.e. in New Jersey).
Sting was already in New York since mid-January, so rehearsals may have started in late January right up to the first concert in Houston on 2014-02-08.
