Before public launch

Build basic page templates
Build announcement/tag templates to be used within articles
Properly attribute/tag common images, make sure licensing/useage stuff makes sense
Complete basic help and about pages
Create at least 1 sample "complete" page for each major type of article (person, album, tour date, etc) so that methodology can be copied

Continue adding stub pages for articles planned for the wiki, so as to troubleshoot and plan categorizing properly.
Start uploading image files which will no doubt be included, with the appropriate information pages filled out. (Example: Image:Police-album-reggattadeblanc.jpg). Link them to appropriate stubs, even if templates will be added later.
In general, see if any important/relevant categories are missing, and if category names makes sense, and if changes to the category architecture should be considered.
