Quotations and trivia
While shooting The Bride at Shepperton Studios Sting visited the next door video shoot for Duran Duran's "Wild Boys" (the scene with Simon LeBon strapped to a windmill). He befriended director Russell Mulcahy. At a London party Sting would eventually suggest that his co-actor Clancy Brown could play Kurgan in Russell Mulcahy's "Highlander" movie (after Arnold Schwarzenegger had turned down the role).
