Stewart Copeland gets up at 07:00am. He appears as Klark Kent on "The Saturday Banana" - a children's TV show that was broadcast live every Saturday morning.
After a meal he drives to Surrey Sound Studios by bus, drops off his gear and returns to his home.
Stewart would wear a t-shirt from that show during the 1978-11-25 Electric Ballroom concert.
