Sting is in Brighton filming Quadrophenia. In his book Broken Music Sting tells us that he woke up in his Brighton hotel to shoot more Quadrophenia scenes there before making the trip to the Old Grey Whistle Test show on 1978-10-02 - so today he was already in Brighton.
