Introduction
New Orders was a new promotion company headed by Miles Copeland. Their first promotion was a 1977-01-10 London concert by Squeeze, Generation X and The Zips.
Billboard from January 22, 1977 mentioned that New Orders would concentrate on tour coordination for new wave acts and may set up a label to handle product from these acts.
