According to a tour itinerary Sting took off with flight UK544 from Newcastle at 2:00pm and landed in Amsterdam at 4:05pm.
In Amsterdam he changed planes and left with KL343 at 4:50pm with an expected arrival in Milan at 6:25pm
The band's hotel was the Hilton Hotel at Via Galvani.
