Introduction
In 1980 A&M released a plastic wallet with 6 blue vinyl singles. Each of the five previously released A&M singles (Fall Out is not included!) came inside a slightly changed cover and included a photo card with lyrics on the back.
The 6th single was unique - it featured a previously unreleased mono version of The Bed's Too Big Without You and a live verson of Truth Hits Everybody (live in Boston, 1979-11-27).
Personnel
- Sting - bass, keyboards, lead vocals
- Stewart Copeland - drums, backing vocals
- Andy Summers - guitar, guitar synth, backing vocals
Track listing
- Roxanne / Peanuts
- Can't Stand Losing You / Dead End Job
- So Lonely / No Time This Time
- Message In A Bottle / Landlord
- Walking On The Moon / Visions Of The Night
- The Bed's Too Big Without You / Truth Hits Everybody (live)
Variants, special editions and re-releases
The Japanese version of this Six Pack was the same as the UK's, only a sticker had been added.
A lot of the UK's singles were mis-pressed.
Several singles were printed on black vinyl instead of blue. Some singles had the wrong label or even the wrong song on them!
