If anything, I would say to just include a sentence about yourself, since a small bit of info on you might be helpful, both for politeness and for cred -- but including all of us might be rather gang-y looking. --Actually, IMHO, it might also make more sense to have just you sign the email since you're the site owner, CEO, and Big Cheese. (Look at me figuring out what all the pages do.) I haven't combed through this in detail yet, sock (and of course, Schmaff may if she likes), but my impressions on the initial read are good.
