- "Breakfast TV" on BBC1 - starting at 07:00am
- "This Morning" on ITV - around 10:30am
- "The Alan Titchmarsh Show" on ITV - around 03:00pm.
Sting also attends the book launch for "The Power Of The Invisible Sun" (by his friend Bobby Sager) at the Saatchi Gallery in London.
