Introduction
Allan Gittler built 60 of these minimalistic guitars in the late 70s to 1982, a later run of 300 featured plastic parts. One of the originals is shown in New York's Museum of Modern Art.
Andy Summers used a Gittler Guitar in the Synchronicity II video and some photo shoots.
