- If the first entry begins with "NewsItemRed", copy and paste in the following code above the first entry:

{{NewsItemRed | timestamp=MONTH DAY| news=(INSERT NEWS ITEM TEXT HERE}} - Correct the time stamp and new links.
- Add the item to Template:Wiki News
Items that have been up for more than two months should be removed from the list.
