Andy Summers (and probably the rest of The Police as well) may have been in Los Angeles, CA, USA.
Some of Andy's photos were printed in People magazine in 1983 - apparently with Andy's own dates and captions. However at least two of these dates are wrong, so there's no guarantee that the LA information and date under "today"'s photo is for real...
