The Police work on their TV special " Video Magic" with Eberhard Schoener in München-Unterföhring.

On the same day The Police also lip-synched "So Lonely" and "Roxanne" on the ZDF TV show "ROCK POP" in Munich.

Scenes from today can be seen in Stewart Copeland's movie Everyone Stares: The Police Inside Out.

Sting probably wrote Walking On The Moon later that night - lying drunk in a hotel room in Munich.
