Sting had lent his bass gear to Alternative TV for their 1978-02-07 concert at the 100 Club - which he attended with Stewart Copeland. In Broken Music Sting describes that he got his bass gear back the next day - with the speaker blown. A few weeks later Mark Perry would crash Miles Copeland's van into Sting's parked Citroen in St. John's Wood...
